Cancellation Policy

In order to serve you best, cancellations are required 24 hours in advance.  If you are unable to keep an appointment, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance.  With enough notice, I can take advantage of the opening to take care of another customer whom I previously could not schedule, or a customer who also needs to change their appointment.

I do not want to compromise my ability to meet your needs, and in order to ensure that doesn't happen, I need your help with this.
